Missiles in cars

When someone first gets their driver’s license, they should be issued one missile. The missile would be installed on their car and could transfer to their new car whenever they buy one. Everyone would be allowed just the one missile.

Before you cut someone off, stop in the middle of traffic to parallel park, or decide that talking on your cell phone is more important than using your blinker, you would look at the car behind you and think “has that guy already used his missile?”
